With the beginning of summer, a new season of Wines and Cuisine reopens, the outdoor dinners in the courtyard of the Duca Carlo Guarini winery, in Scorrano.

From the delicacies of the first courses, up to the main courses based on fresh fish, each course will be a journey through the local culinary traditions, naturally accompanied by the wines of the Duca Carlo Guarini cellar which will be available for tasting throughout the evening.
We will guide you in the discovery of our native wines, telling you the story and the curiosities behind each label.

From 12 July, Vini e Cucina will go on throughout the summer, from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 20:00, many occasions to celebrate together, among friends and lovers of good food, our passion for Salento gastronomy and high quality enology.
The menu, renewed every week, will always be available for consultation on this page.
