As established by the Italian Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days, starting from the day on which the consumer takes possession of the product (without counting it) and expiring on the 14th day following (which instead must be counted), to withdraw from the sale concluded through e-commerce, without the need to specify the reasons for withdrawal and without penalties, as established by art. 54 of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005.
This right of withdrawal pursuant to law is applicable only to the consumer, that is to the physical person who purchases for purposes not attributable to his commercial or professional activity: it must be specified that where the user purchases with VAT, the same cannot be considered a consumer and consequently the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 and the aforementioned right of withdrawal.

METHOD OF WITHDRAWAL
Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer must inform the Duca Carlo Guarini of his will to withdraw from the contract, in the following ways:
a) Using the withdrawal form attached to these general conditions (WITHDRAWAL FORM);
In the form or in the communication, the Customer must indicate the products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, his personal details and the date of the order.
