This wine celebrates the years that have passed since Accardo Guarini, Count of Valesio, in 1114 cultivated his vineyard on the Pìutri estate, as documented in a contemporary parchment.
It is made from grapes harvested after careful over-ripening, towards the end of the second week of September and vinified exclusively in the ancient cisterns with concrete plaster, dug under the cellar and equipped with temperature control.
It is a long-lived wine, rich and intense in aromas and taste.
